Hi.  I need help removing the old drivers from my KII speakers.  They don't want to come out easily.  Any tips?  Thanks very much.

They should come out fairly easily.  They will be stuck to the cabinet, because of some mastic type material.  The technique I used was to remove the screws from the speakers.  Then take an allen wrench that will go into one of the screw holes.  Since the allen wrench is L shaped, you can get it to hook under the hole and pull gently.  Don't force it too hard, but pull.  Once it starts to move, you can then go around the speaker with a large flat blade screwdriver and pry it off.  Be careful not to mark the cabinet facing.
